Andrew is the Chief Executive Officer of Virtus and has served in this role since founding the company in 2013. Prior to Virtus, Andrew began his career in the insurance industry at Holmes Murphy, one of the largest retail insurance brokers in the United States. Finding success early in his career, Andrew founded Virtus with a vision of growing a sophisticated, entrepreneurial brokerage firm for the next generation.
Andrew graduated from the University of Kansas where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
When Andrew is not leading the business, you will find him and his wife, LeighAnne, being chased by one of their four children. Outside of spending time with his family, Andrew enjoys travel, golf, fly fishing, and rock ‘n’ roll.
Tom Pollock co-founded Virtus in 2013. He has a diverse background providing insurance due-diligence for private capital investors. Tom is responsible for deal sourcing and executing post-close insurance strategy and go-forward risk analysis alongside the new management teams. Tom actively works with several midwestern based private equity and family office groups.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Business Communications from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Rockhurst University Executive Fellows.
Tom lives in Leawood with his wife and four children. He enjoys watching his kids sporting activities.
With 10+ years in the commercial insurance industry, Jeremy Smith has a diverse background when it comes to understanding the needs of an insurance agency and its client base. Jeremy serves as the Manager of Insurance Operations and is responsible for assisting in all aspects of internal day-to-day operations.
Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting with a minor in Business from Northwest Missouri State University. Jeremy has also obtained his CPCU, ARM, ARMe, and AINS designations.
Jeremy’s hobbies include following his favorite sports teams, listening and playing music, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
Ryan Rogers joined Virtus in 2014, specifically focused on Commercial Real Estate. He focuses on Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Property Management, and Asset Management Services.
Ryan is dedicated to understanding his client’s operations and working to develop the correct insurance programs which meet their underlying business goals and risk profiles. He works closely with all levels of employees within each client to ensure a level of education and overall understanding of the insurance coverage.
Prior to joining Virtus, Ryan spent more than eight years at Lockton working in various industry segments.
Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Kansas in May of 2005.
While in the Property & Casualty insurance brokerage industry for more than a decade, Ryan has obtained various professional designations during this time (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Commercial Underwriting, and Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist).
Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on the Jayhawks.
Adam Kroeger joined Virtus in 2017 as the President of Benefits. He is extremely passionate about using analytics to find cost savings for his clients and improving employees’ experience when they interact with their benefit plans.
Preceding Virtus, Adam was a consultant at a Regional and National Broker. Prior to consulting, Adam did account management, analytics and stop loss analysis for a national Third-Party Administrator.
Adam earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, and an MBA from Emporia State University.
In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing sports and games with his wife and three children.
J. Collin Chlebak, Vice President joined Virtus in a production role in 2015. He leads the Virtus National Real Estate Practice that touches over 300,000 multifamily units and 100M+ square feet of commercial real estate.
Collin provides hands-on insurance consultation and brokerage services to owners, operators and developers of multifamily and commercial real estate across the country. He takes pride delivering customized insurance strategies to achieve the business goals of industry leading firms.
Before joining Virtus, Collin worked with both elected officials and business executives to solve challenging problems in Dallas, TX. His passion for real estate ignited after being a witness to significant commercial, infrastructure, and residential transactions during his time managing the District Office for a member of the U.S. Congress.
Collin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Kansas.
Collin’s hobbies include sports, traveling with his wife, Madison and spending time as a family with their two young boys.
Colton Rohr joined Virtus in January 2019 as a Property and Casualty producer for Virtus.
Prior to joining Virtus, Colton was the Director of Sales for a high-end chocolate company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His background is in food and beverage and Hospitality Management Industries and he is excited to transition his outgoing personality and customer service over to the insurance industry.
Colton earned his Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a Minor in Business Administration from Kansas State University. Although he graduated from Kansas State, he was born and bred a Jayhawk. Colton enjoys golfing, hunting, and spending time with his wife and their golden retriever puppy Denver.
Cody Willman joined Virtus in 2017 as a Personal Insurance Manager and assists the Small Commercial Account Executive team as needed. Cody is responsible for educating our clients on risk management solutions to better protect their personal assets. His excellent customer service can be measured through his best-in-class client retention.
Cody began his insurance career as a Personal Insurance Underwriter at Farmers Insurance and later moved over to Chubb as a high net worth Portfolio Underwriter. Cody was primarily responsible for managing a profitable $30 million book of business in the Dallas and Houston territories.
Cody earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of Missouri – Columbia. Licensed KS insurance agent.
Cody enjoys spending time with his family, drinking wine, and playing golf (in that order).
As President of Property & Casualty, Tom Fimmen is responsible for the company’s strategic and operational direction within the middle market division. His responsibilities include developing retention and growth initiatives, establishing best in class service platforms and overseeing market relationships. Tom is also responsible for performing due diligence on prospective clients and ensuring that client expectations are met.
Prior to joining Virtus, Tom spent several years with Aon and Liberty Mutual. While working for these organizations, he was responsible for maintaining and growing his respective units’ book of business. Tom has experience in all industry verticals but primarily: construction, energy, hospitality, manufacturing, private equity, real estate, retail, transportation.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kansas, majoring in Business Administration and Finance. He later received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Insurance industry designations include: CPCU, CIC, CRIS, ARM, AIC.
Tom enjoys spending time coaching his kids and watching them develop with each season.
Pat Bolin joined Virtus in 2017 as the Financial Services National Practice Leader. He provides strategic risk management and benefit alternatives to the banking, hedge fund, and financial services industries.
Pat earned his risk management education in the financial arena as a market maker and hedge fund portfolio manager. Prior to Virtus, Pat managed equity, option and futures portfolio’s at regional firms in Dallas, Los Angeles and San Francisco before moving to Kansas City to co-manage an equities hedge fund. Pat decided to join Virtus, get away from a desk and help teach companies how to better manage their risk through insurance. Pat’s friends and customers say there is no one better at following up and making things happen!
Pat earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Edwin L Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
When Pat isn’t cheering on his son’s high school football team, he travels the world attending horse racing events with any of his three older brothers.
As Controller, Jon Corbin is responsible for the coordination and execution of Virtus’ financial services and strategies; such as treasury management, payroll, budgeting, internal policies, strategic financial planning, and day to day cashflow management.
Prior to joining the Virtus team in June 2018, Jon was a senior level administrator managing the financial and operations of a national non-profit healthcare organization.
Jon grew up in Sioux City, Iowa and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Kansas. Jon calls Overland Park, KS home; along with his wife and three kids. In his free-time he enjoys spending time with family & friends and boating on Tablerock Lake.
Jordan Spinski has over 10 years of expertise within the Property & Casualty insurance industry servicing an array of clients within numerous trades. Jordan currently serves as an Account Executive within the SYNC Division of Virtus and is responsible for policy servicing, contractual review, improving client insurance program structure, and due diligence for over 175 clients.
Prior to joining Virtus in 2016, Jordan was responsible for providing daily risk management services to multiple Top ENR Contractors as an Account Manager at Lockton.
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2010 and is an alumnus of Delta Sigma Pi, one of the largest co-ed professional business fraternities in the United States. In his free time, Jordan can be found bowhunting with family and friends, spending time at the Lake of the Ozarks, or rooting on the Chiefs and Royals. Jordan and his wife Andrea also have two beautiful children, Olivia and Leo.
Justin Tuttle joined Virtus as the Loss Control Specialist in 2017. Justin works with clients to improve overall safety culture by providing expert safety knowledge within a variety of industries while also assisting in the development of safety programs, loss trending and analysis, and safety committee establishment.
Prior to Virtus, Justin worked for a large contractor where he was responsible for safety on heavy industrial jobsites. This experience allowed him to help clients reduce loss frequency and severity, in turn leading to an overall increase in employee safety and reduction in client insurance premiums.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Innovative Technologies with Minors in Business and Aviation from the University of Central Missouri. He then went on to obtain a Master’s in Occupational Safety Management also from the University of Central Missouri. Justin holds the Certified Safety Professional designation.
Justin enjoys spending time with his son and hunting on his grandfather’s farm.
Sarah White has five years of experience in the insurance industry and joined Virtus in 2016. Sarah serves as an Account Executive for Real Estate accounts, including: commercial and residential real estate property ownership, management, and development organizations.
Prior to joining the Virtus team, Sarah worked as an Account Manager for large and complex accounts at Willis Towers Watson. She captured extensive experience in the following fields: construction, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and transportation.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance from Missouri State University in May of 2014. She also holds her Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation in addition to her Associate in Risk Management designation. Sarah enjoys hiking and traveling when not reviewing policies for her clients.
Morgan joined Virtus in 2017 as a Client Account Specialist for Real Estate and Middle Market accounts. She handles many of the day to day client tasks, including issuing certificates of insurance, invoicing, and communicating with markets and the account team to ensure all Virtus clients receive the best in class service. Morgan Holt has approximately five years of experience in the Commercial Insurance industry. Before joining the team at Virtus, she worked at Lockton Companies for three years as an Account Administrator where she specialized in construction clients.
Morgan graduated from the University of Kansas earning a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science with a specialty in Autism in 2010.
In her free time, Morgan loves to travel with her husband and spend time with her wonderful daughter.
Heidi Hartle, our Account Executive, serves as a communication and engagement contact for our partners. Heidi’s passion is helping clients solve internal financial and HR challenges, such as; compliance policies and procedures, HRIS and benefit platform implementation, enrollment meetings, wellness initiatives, marketing & renewals, and data driven strategies to create economic payback. Heidi’s, Service-First approach is why her clients and colleagues enjoy working with her.
Tiffany Durham joined the Virtus Benefits division in 2018 bringing along 15 years of experience in the Health Care industry. Within the SYNC division, Tiffany provides support to the Benefits team the Property and Casualty division. Her dedication and focus help Virtus associates and clients alike, move smoothly through policy renewals and changes.
When Tiffany is not providing her expertise, she can be found quilting, enjoying a motorcycle ride with her husband, or just reading in the library with her daughter.
Tausha Lien joined Virtus as an Account Manager for middle market clients in 2018 and is responsible for marketing renewals, managing client relationships, and assisting with any coverage questions or concerns that may arise.
Tausha brings seven years of insurance industry experience where she developed a knack for superior client service. Before joining Virtus, Tausha worked at Lockton companies, handling a diverse book of business including manufacturing, higher education, retail, distribution, and private equity.
Tausha earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Missouri Southern State University where she was a member of the Honor’s program as well as a competitive Track and Field athlete.
Tausha’s hobbies include staying active, hiking, snowboarding, concerts, comedy shows, touring breweries as well as spending all her free time with her husband and two children.
Mark Herwig joined Virtus in 2016 to consult, service, and manage risk management for key accounts within the Real Estate team. He is tasked with handling the day-to-day needs of his clients, as well as new business opportunities which arise throughout the growth of the client relationship.
Mark Herwig developed a diverse insurance background while providing account management and consulting services for a variety of specializations and industries throughout his career. Prior to joining Virtus, Mark spent 3 years at Lockton Insurance Brokers, LLC where he worked with a team handling middle market clients in both the real estate and manufacturing space. Mark was responsible for the day-to-day service needs of clients, as well as the overall strategy and placement of their insurance programs.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Business from the University of Kansas.

Dan Rundle joined Virtus as an Account Manager on the Real Estate team in 2018.
Prior to Virtus, Dan was also an Account Manager at Thomas McGee with a focus on the construction industry. Dan has an extensive analytical experience from his data analyst background where he developed reports on complex client accounts using various forms of statistical information.
Dan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kansas State University.
His hobbies include staying active in sports leagues such as soccer, kickball and softball, and attending sporting events and concerts if you have an extra ticket.
Jeremy is a Principal at Agman.
Jeremy joined Agman in 2014 to oversee the firm's real estate and private capital practice areas. He played the lead role in establishing the company's insurance platform through a 2015 investment in Virtus, LLC and the 2016 founding of Omaha National Insurance Company. Jeremy also expanded Agman's real estate capabilities through the founding of MAg Partners. Jeremy has participated in more than $1 billion of real estate transaction and development activities, ranging from commercial to adaptive reuse hospitality projects with historic components.
Jeremy currently serves as a Board Member for Seldin Company, Melonie Real Estate Solutions, OMNE Partners, Omaha National, and Virtus.
Prior to joining Agman, Jeremy was a co-founder of Metonic Real Estate Solutions, where he directed all commercial asset management activities and oversaw due diligence efforts. Before Metonic, he served as the Director of Rear Estate for Al Shankle Construction Company. Jeremy began his career as a Midwest region commercial Asset Manager for California-based Security National Properties.
Jeremy received his MBA, with Honors, as well as his B.A. in Political Science from Humboldt State University.
Shavon Davison joined Virtus in October 2019 as the Commercial Lines Account Manager to Account Executive Cathy Baker.
Prior to Virtus, Shavon spent 18 years with State Farm Insurance, in a number of different departments and roles, before moving to the agency/broker world.
Shavon was born and raised in Oklahoma, moving to Colorado in 2009.
Shavon’s hobbies include spending time with her children, family and friends.

H. Scott Silverman is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Agman. Agman practices an entrepreneurial and collaborative approach to value investing, with an emphasis on high conviction and long duration positions.
Scott has served an instrumental role in many private enterprises, including as a founder, initial investor and Chairman of the Board of Directors. A number of these businesses have been acquired or publicly listed, created billions of dollars in value for shareholders. generated thousands of jobs and developed products that have improved countless lives.
In both his business and philanthropic pursuits, Scott has sponsored numerous initiatives focused on diversity, sustainability, community, and health. In companies under Ag man's control, for instance, more than half of the team members and nearly a third of leadership includes women, minorities and veterans. Scott considers these initiatives fundamental to Agman's success.
Scott received a doctorate from the University of Oxford as a Keasbey Memorial Scholar. He graduated Phi Beta Kappa and with High Honors from Dartmouth College and first in his class from The Latin School of Chicago.
Scott currently resides in Chicago with his wife and two children. He is a member of YPO and the Economic Club of Chicago.
Mayah joined Virtus in December of 2018 as a Benefits Specialist within the Benefits team. She provides exceptional customer care and service for her clients' employee benefits. Mayah also assists with Marketing and Social Media.
Prior to joining Virtus, Mayah graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelors in Business and Marketing. She spent a semester as an intern at Walt Disney World and most recently as a sales and marketing executive at AlphaGraphics- South Kansas City. Her passion for client care and finding new ways to help people makes her a great asset to the team.
Outside of Virtus, Mayah likes to spend her free time traveling to Manhattan with her dog Indiana Jones, and trying new things like crafts, cooking and graphic design.
Erik Olson joined Virtus in 2019 as the President of Virtus Rocky Mountain. His duties include driving top line organic growth and through M&A opportunities.
Prior to Virtus, Erik was a VP at Moody Insurance, where he consistently delivered new revenue growth in the top 1% of the producers nationally. Before Moody, he worked at Colorado State University as a Development officer for the College of Business. Fresh out of college, Erik had a short stint in the NFL, as a safety for the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Erik earned a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Colorado State University.
When Erik is not at work, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jenna, and his 3 kids, Brady, Luke and Rachael. He can also be found on the golf course during most weekends in the summer and in the garage working on his old cars during the winter months.
John Caesar joined Virtus in 2019 as Vice President of Virtus Rocky Mountain.
Prior to Virtus, John ran his own insurance and financial planning firm for 17 years, providing personal lines, financial planning and commercial insurance services for clients of all sizes.
John is a Colorado native and grew up in Arvada Colorado before moving to Fort Collins and earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Colorado State University. Hobbies include coaching high school football, archery hunting, outdoor activities and hanging out with his family.
Shaun Pritchard has 22 years experience in the insurance industry and joined Virtus Rocky Mountain in 2019. As an Account Manager, Shaun covers small business and middle market commercial P&C risks as well as serving personal line accounts.
Prior to joining Virtus Rocky Mountain, Shaun gained experience working within a personal lines focused agency and a top 100 agency specializing in middle market accounts.
Outside of the office, Shaun enjoys time with her family - camping, 4wheeling, fishing and gardening. She also relishes taking care of her small ranch outside of Wellington, CO.
Angela Aiello joined Virtus in 2019 as a Senior Account Executive in the Private Equity Practice. Angela is an Employee Benefits professional focused on the client experience. She has a passion for employee education and enjoys building deep, long-lasting relationships with her clients.
Angela entered the employee benefits industry in 2008 working for Unum and transitioned to the broker side of the business in 2013. As a key member of her prior firm, Angela was instrumental in the growth and retention of the Private Equity block of business.
Angela graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside with a BS in Business Management.
Angela lives in Chicago and enjoys attending theater and traveling. She is an aspiring tennis player.
Eric Banduch joined Virtus in 2019 as a Principal in the Private Equity Practice. He is focused on developing new relationships in the PE and Family Office industries; while providing additional consulting and analytical firepower to the Benefits team.
Prior to Virtus, Eric was focused on building the “brand” of the Private Equity Practice at a national insurance brokerage firm. This included targeted efforts in business development, marketing, and executing on strategic initiatives.
Eric graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics.
In his free time, Eric enjoys spending time outdoors whether it be a long walk with his dog Brooks, a weekend at the family ranch in South Texas, or a camping trip with friends.
Joey Eichmann joined Virtus in 2019 as a Principal in the Private Equity Practice. Joey is an Employee Benefits consultant focused on assisting his PE clients with Pre-Close Due Diligence and Post-Close value creation in their Portfolio Companies.
Prior to Virtus, Joey was part of a rapidly growing M&A practice at another firm; spending time in Chicago and New York City prior to moving to Dallas. Regardless of location, he was instrumental in developing new relationships in the PE industry and assisting with the strategic development of the practice.
Joey played Varsity Baseball at Purdue University while earning a BS in Economics and Management.
Joey enjoys travelling overseas and to all corners of the country, Purdue athletics, and any and all sports.
John Eichmann joined Virtus in 2019 as a Managing Partner of the firm leading the Virtus Private Equity Practice. John is an employee benefit technician with an emphasis in healthcare. His ability to reduce corporate and employee healthcare costs and trends is at the very top of the industry. Using time tested and cutting-edge techniques and ideas, his client’s employee benefit programs perform at peak efficiencies. John has deep carrier relationships and extreme negotiating skills that greatly benefit his clients.
Prior to Virtus, John provided employee benefit consulting and brokerage services for over 25 years. At his previous firm, John was instrumental in building an industry leading Private Equity Insurance Practice from it’s very beginning. At his departure, the practice was one of the fastest growing in the country. Before his consulting and brokerage career, John worked on the carrier side as an underwriter, underwriting manager, and sales consultant.
John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in finance from the University of Texas.
John and his wife, Sarah, remain involved in their adult children’s lives and split their free time between their homes in Wisconsin and Arizona enjoying the outdoors whenever possible.
Sara Denby joined Virtus in 2019 as an Account Manager within the Real Estate practice and specializes in assisting real estate owners, developers, and property managers with their insurance needs. Sara serves as a daily point of contact for her clients, and is responsible for marketing renewals, managing client relationships, and assisting with any coverage questions or concerns that may arise.
Prior to joining the Virtus team, Sara worked for Lockton Companies, first handling a large book of middle market accounts predominantly in the food and beverage industry, and then moving on to work on large and complex international real estate accounts.
Sara earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Business Administration at Missouri State University. Outside of the office, Sara enjoys staying active, traveling, and playing princesses with her wonderful daughter.
Serena Hurtt joined the Virtus Middle Market team in March of 2019 as a Client Account Specialist, bringing along fifteen years of experience in the Commercial Insurance industry. Before joining Virtus, Serena was employed at Lockton Companies as an Account Administrator working on a variety of different types of business – including heavy manufacturing, equipment dealers, real estate investors, non-profits and advertising agencies. Serena handles many of the day-to-day client servicing needs at Virtus - including issuing certificates and auto ID cards, invoicing, policy reviews and change processing, along with communicating with markets and clients to ensure all needs are being met.
Outside of Virtus – Serena enjoys volunteering with Melissa’s Menagerie Second Chances, a local animal rescue, along with spending time with her husband and two children.
Karlie Cropp joined Virtus in 2019 as a Client Account Specialist. Her duties include daily account servicing, fostering working relationships with clients and assisting account managers in the marketing and binding process.
Prior to Virtus, Karlie worked in Private Wealth Management, servicing client accounts and managing investment portfolios. Before her time in the private wealth management, Karlie developed business for a top-performing tactical ETF.
Karlie earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado State University.
Karlie’s hobbies include practicing yoga, and anything outdoors (in the summer) with her husband Ryan and Chocolate Lab, Riggins.
Alex joined Virtus in 2019 as an Account Manager for the SYNC division - Small Commercial Accounts. She is responsible for managing client’s policies including renewals, change endorsements, remarketing efforts and policy review. Alex educates her clients thru the various insurance processes in order to provide best in class service. She has approximately five years of experience in the Commercial Insurance industry. Before joining the team at Virtus, she worked at Lockton Companies and later moved to AssuredPartners as an Account Manager where she specialized in small commercial clients with a focus on Lessor’s Risk exposures.
Alex graduated from Missouri State University earning a Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and minoring in Marketing with a focus in Advertising.
In her free time, Alex loves to spend time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include running, tubing, and cheering her kids on in their extracurricular activities.
Karen Libra joined Virtus in 2019 as Office Manager of the Rocky Mountain offices. Her duties include all that keeps the office running smoothly.
Prior to coming to Virus, Karen worked in print media and nonprofit administration. She recently completed the Property & Casualty Insurance License Exam and is now licensed.
Karen’s enjoys spending time in the outdoors hiking, camping and gardening. Her and her husband, Ed, look forward to traveling as time allows in the future.
D.J. joined Virtus in the fall of 2019. In his role as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel, D.J. facilitates numerous projects spanning multiple areas of the company, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, financial planning and analysis, finance and budgeting processes, and other similar strategic corporate and operational initiatives. D.J. also heads up the legal and compliance functions at Virtus.
D.J. brings over a decade of combined consulting, legal and investment banking experience centered on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions and general business strategy and operations. He completed his undergraduate studies in Business and Accounting at the University of Kansas and received his JD from the Chicago-Kent College of Law.
Outside of work, D.J. loves spending time with his wife and two young kids, playing golf, cooking and traveling for fun (which has become much less frequent with 2 kids).
Lori Ragsdell joined Virtus as Director of Claims in 2020. She leads the Virtus Claims Department, working with our clients to improve their claims management practices and risk management outcomes. Lori coordinates with clients, carriers and vendors to design claims programs, coordinate claim strategy sessions, address and resolve claim issues, provide claim oversight and consultation to help reduce overall claims costs. Lori’s focus is to provide stellar client services with effective communications to bring claims to the best possible resolution. Training is an integral component of the claims management process which is put into practice daily to assist clients build their knowledge and comfort level with their program.
Prior to Virtus, Lori was a Vice President, Sr. Claims Consultant for one of the world’s largest insurance brokerage firms, where she worked with national and middle market accounts to develop and manage workers’ compensation and liability claims management programs for over two decades. This experience has provided clients multiple layers of cost savings by partnering to reduce the total cost of risk. Prior to that, she was Claims Manager for a large insurance broker, leading their claims team in developing and managing property and casualty insurance claims programs.
Lori has lived in the Kansas City area for decades and is excited back and part of Virtus Insurance. In her time away from the office Lori enjoys time with her family, gardening, biking, taking long walks, cooking and traveling.
