Started a little over a year and a half ago, Treeline is a private equity backed company that currently owns just over 2,000 units with hopes of doubling that this year. Tim discusses why their risk appetite has changed from traditional Value-Add assets to more Class A projects and really what they are doing to bring extra value to those Class A Apartments (i.e. solar, utility efficiencies, valet, pet services).
