Our founders left large brokerages—where mediocrity is the norm and entrepreneurs are an afterthought—to start Virtus, an insurance brokerage bringing a fresh approach to a stagnant industry. Rather than focus on total consolidation and mass scale, our founders focus on specialization to help our clients grow.
